Dottie McCuen, CRP
Vice President, Client Services and Business Development
 
Dottie comes to TRS with over 20 years experience in the relocation industry. Most recently she served as VP, Client Services for Weichert Relocation Resources, Inc. Boston Office. A respected veteran of the relocation industry, Dottie has served in a number of increasingly challenging management positions, including President of Relocation Closing Services, a subsidiary of Relocation Resources International, Inc. (RRI).

Dottie has also served on the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) planning committee and as a speaker and moderator at industry conferences.
 
Gail Brown, CRP
Director of Operations
 
Gail brings a twenty-year history of relocation industry experience to Total Relocation Solutions (TRS). Gail earned an Associates Degree in Business before embarking on a career in relocation.

Gail began her relocation career at Relocation Closing Services, the subsidiary within Relocation Resources International, (RRI) that provided equity and closing services to over 200 corporations. She quickly rose from Closing Counselor to Closing Service Manager where she was responsible for the day to day delivery of these services to her client base.

Gail is a licensed Real Estate Sales person and earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 1996. Gail remains an active member in the Employee Relocation Council.

Gail’s commitment to providing excellent service, as well as her knowledge and leadership are two key reasons TRS is so successful today.
 
Stacy Doyle
Team Leader
 
Stacy has over 15 years experience in the relocation industry; specializing in Equity and Closing Services. Her responsibilities include counseling relocating employees on the closing process, clearing any title issues, calculating the employee settlement statement and overseeing the resale closing.

Stacy was employed at Relocation Closing Services, a subsidiary of Relocation Resources International, (RRI) where she worked with companies who handled their relocation programs in house and also corporations who outsourced their entire relocation program to RRI.

Stacy is totally committed to her job and delivering the best service possible as is reflected in her 100% transferee’ satisfaction rate over the past five years.
 
Laurie Mitchell
Team Leader
 
Laurie has over 15 years experience in the relocation industry, specializing in Equity and Closing Services. Laurie began her relocation career with Relocation Closing Services, a subsidiary within Relocation Resources International (RRI), where she worked with companies with in house relocation programs and corporations that outsourced their entire relocation program to RRI.

Laurie is responsible for counseling her transferees on the closing process, clearing any title issues, calculating the employee’s equity settlement statement and overseeing the resale closing.

Laurie has excellent customer service skills, as is attested by her 100% transferee satisfaction rate over the past five years.
 

Rachel Brown
Operations Administrator
 
Rachel has over 15 years experience in the relocation industry. Rachel began her relocation career at Relocation Closing Services, a subsidiary of Relocation Resources International, (RRI) where she handled the administrative aspects of equity and closing services to over 200 corporations.

Rachel then went on to work at a full service relocation management company where she assumed the duties of a Relocation Consultant coordinating and counseling relocating employees on domestic and international household goods transportation, home marketing and home purchase assistance, and temporary housing.

As the newest member of the TRS team, Rachel is motivated and enthusiastic about developing relations with her clients and service partners.
